From the hallway looking in so you can see the line coming from the filters to provide decontamination. A vertical pipe coming down from this fitting had holes in it which allowed forced air to blow across anyone coming in, theoretically removing contaminants and taking them back to the filters. A nearly complete setup is in the HECP so that you can see all the parts. Coast Artillery Museum Volunteers have the HECP open from 11AM to 3PM on Saturdays during the summer.
