This picture is looking back towards the enty at the inside of the door at the back of the airlock. The black square to the right of the door is the over pressure relief valve which had a one way flap on it. In the case of too much air pressure it would open and release air into the airlock. The large pipe along the ceiling is bringing in air. The small pipe coming out to the left and down goes into the latrine.
