It's hard to read the first part but the writing says "HDCP Fort Worden". This is the top pipe in the airlock, just insdie the door. The pipe would have been marked for shipping to Fort Worden sometime in 1943, indicating that the system may have been preconstructed then shipped for assembly on site.
